I am a builder by nature. Always have been. Growing up around contractors and do-it-yourself people in Houston taught me that the most valuable thing you can give someone is their time back. So when I kept seeing small trade contractors running their businesses on sticky notes, group texts, and spreadsheets while the big platforms sat out of reach behind price tags and complexity they could not justify, I knew I could fix that.
GetTradeReady started as a small project. It became something bigger because every contractor I talked to said the same thing: I don't need all that. I just need a few things that actually work. That's exactly what I built.
